• Each Haworthia plant is carefully inspected for health and vigor before delivering to you.

• We ensure that all plants are free from pests and diseases, ready to thrive in their new home.
   

Arrival Guarantee:

• Arrival Guarantee: If your Haworthia arrives dead, mushy, with root rot, or if your parcel is missing from our third-party courier service, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

• Contact us at littleplantbox79@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the plant and packaging. This policy applies only to orders sent via third-party courier services.
