Live Plant Orders:
Our plants are thoroughly inspected to ensure they are pest-free and in excellent health before being listed for sale. Consequently, we do not offer refunds for healthy live plants purchased from our shop.
Arrival Guarantee: If your Haworthia arrives dead, mushy, or with root rot, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Contact us at littleplantbox79@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the plant and packaging. This policy applies only to orders sent via third-party courier services.
However, if you are unhappy with your order, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to assist you.
Tools & Gardening Materials Orders:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the items received and wish to request a return and refund, please contact us via the chat button or email within 7 days of delivery. We will guide you through the return process.
Please note that we do not cover shipping costs for returns and refunds.
